Food at CARIFESTA XV is more than just sustenance- it’s a storytelling medium. Building on past festivals, it aims to blend tradition and futurism where food is not just served but experienced as a dynamic uniting force.
Featuring food markets, workshops and demonstrations along with highlights of food as medicine and food as flavourful tradition, intermingling cultural elements with global spins. The tradition and the sustainable, includes a useful and creative take on the lionfish due to climate-conscious cuisine.
2025 aims to position Caribbean cuisine as both rooted and revolutionary as it honours ancestral knowledge while embracing global excellence, including modern sustainability.
