The Symposia series at CARIFESTA XV will take place at The University of the West Indies (UWI), serving as the academic and research-driven hub of the festival. These sessions feature formal presentations and scholarly dialogues that explore critical themes shaping Caribbean culture and the creative economy. Discussions will examine sustainability in the creative sector, cultural identity and heritage preservation, urban design and cultural spaces, as well as technology and innovation in the arts.
