The Caribbean Development Bank (CDB), through its Cultural and Creative Industries Innovation Fund (CIIF), in partnership with the National Cultural Foundation (NCF), is offering USD $2,500 in direct support to selected creatives and entrepreneurs for CARIFESTA XV, set to take place in Barbados between August 22 – 31, 2025.

The CARIFESTA XV Mobility Assistance Grant (MAG) is designed to empower officially selected participants—including performers, exhibitors, filmmakers, designers, and vendors from the 19 CDB Borrowing Member Countries—by reducing the financial barriers to participating in this flagship regional arts festival.

Who Can Apply? To be eligible, applicants must:

• Be officially selected to participate in CARIFESTA XV (as a performer, panelist, or Grand Market booth vendor).

• Operate a registered business (MSME) in one of the 19 CDB Borrowing Member Countries.

• Be active in one of the following sub-sectors:

  Visual Arts

Fashion & Contemporary Design

Audio Visual (Film, Gaming, Animation)

Festivals and Carnivals
